Are you serious . Come on. Thats the kind of hair i like to have on the women i date, right . What youre seeing here is not performance art. Its not a prank. This is south palo streets justice. The neighborhood has basically become sick of it and they saw this guy graffitiing a local building. They found him, they set him down and they are making him sit there and enjoy the public humiliation of having his head, his face, his shoulders and, wait for it, his teeth spray painted black as payment for what he did. Oh. No thats gross he was so destructive, the senseless graffiti all over the place ...
