Wheelchairs. To get there, this is a step toward that and i think not only setting standards, but Holding People accountable to those standards. I personally think 8 trips a month is not very much. I mean, you know, you look at the generation coming along, more and more people needing this. Baby boomer at a bare minimum. Incentive to drivers for doing this. This is a beginning.
