Im happy to follow the gentleman from South Carolina who just wants to make sure that were a thriving economy. This bill, this provision, takes money away from taxpayers in many states. And i happen to be a representative from one of those states. The gentleman from South Carolina, he represents a state that gets 1. 92 back from the federal government for every dollar they send to the federal government. And the idea that he would want to get even more at the expense of other states, i find a little offensive. Maybe folks there should just pay their fair share. I would also like to ask unanimo...
