Professors statewide has accepted concessions to salary and benefits in exchange for eliminating most of the 249 changes the state system was demanding in terms of status for adjunct professors for example. We talked with a relieved faculty member a moment ago. Very much a relief. I was anticipating we would be out for at least for weeks. We were all ready to do it. We didnt want to do it.
