View Comments PATERSON — In the latest crackdown on the city's violent drug gangs, federal authorities on Thursday announced criminal charges against 22 suspected members of two 4th Ward groups known as “UpTop” and “Harlem World.” Acting U.S. Attorney Rachael A. Honig said 14 of the suspects were arrested Thursday morning, four already were in custody and four remain at large.
