This happened on foothill boulevard and grove way in hayward and thats where abc7 News Reporter alan wang is right now. Alan . Yeah, we are at the summer wood apartments. It is actually at the 21000 block of foothill boulevard. The crime scene is in the back of this apartment complex and thats where police were told to conduct a welfare check on a woman tonight around 7 00 p. M. They went to the womans secondstory apartment and for some reason, and we are trying to get this confirmed by police, the officer ended up shooting her. We are told the woman may have been armed, but police have not been able to confirm this. Neighbors say they heard a woman yelling and they saw a Hayward Police ....
