The United States has passed a grim milestone in the coronavirus pandemic, recording more than 20 million cases. Thats more than any other country in the world. According to the latest figures from Johns Hopkins university, there are now 20,007,119 cases of coronavirus in the us. 346,408 people have lost their lives during the pandemic. On wednesday alone, more than 3900 people died of covid 19 in the us, a new daily record. In california, San Diego Public Health officials confirmed three more cases of the new, more infectious strain of coronavirus discovered in the uk, bringing the total to four.
