Boy was playing and it appears that the driver was in the parking lot with his vehicle and at this point, it appears that the driver just an unfortunate accident where he ran over the little boy. Police say that speed does not appear to be a factor. The driver remained at the scene and is cooperating with investigators. Now to our continuing coverage of the new bay bridge.
