They moved into the town. Took over the ukrainian security. Very well equipped. Very armed, disciplined. Clearly there with a plan. Absolutely able to retain the ground theyve taken. Slightly messier picture later in the day at the local Police Station where social media showed early on in the day similarly well equipped. It was handed over to locals who distributed weapons among themselves. Interior ministry saying 400 pistols perhaps as well as other things distributed amongst locals there.
