Spreads across england and wales as we head into monday, and monday is a bank holiday for many of us. that band of cloud, one or two showers, spreads across england and wales, but actually, not a bad day for england and wales. there s some good sunny spells into the afternoon. more cloud for scotland and northern ireland, still quite breezy across the northern and western isles. so with more sunshine around, i think, across england and wales, we could be up to around 22 celsius again. it s the mid to high teens again further north and west. we maintain this west north west wind as we push into tuesday, as well. low pressure to the north, another little feature to the south. so top and tail of the country will see cloud, outbreaks of rain, certainly blustery showers for the northern and western isles and the northwest mainland of scotland, closer to that area of low pressure. but in between, a lot of dry weather on tuesday, variable cloud, some good spells of sunshine. again we re in th ....

Showers or longer spells of rain, certainly to scotland but even to parts of northern ireland and a weather front associated with it will spread across england and wales to bring a band of showery rain, too, but on either side we should see some sunshine. a bit of a mixed bag on tuesday but again, in the sunshine in the south east, in south westerly winds, we should see 22 degrees, otherwise a little bit cooler and fresher further north and west. as we move into wednesday, that area of low pressure pushes out into the norwegian sea, taking the showers and the stronger winds with it but it could still be another blustery day on wednesday with further showers across eastern scotland, north east england. as it pulls away though, there s a chance that wednesday could be a pretty fine day for much of the country, increasing amounts of sunshine, especially across england and wales and the winds will be light, too. low 20s once again, further north it s the mid to high teens. beyond wednesday ....
