We have seen several inches of rainfall produced by very slow moving storms, williamstown and Gloucester County, cars stranded in high water, one to 2 feet in wilmington being reported and we had flooding in Center City Philadelphia on i95 north and southbound. As we head into the evening hours though, storms concentrated mainly well of i95 still a chance of heavy rain, wind and localized flood bug good news this is about to wrap up especially after sunset, storm threats coming to an end.
