Im brian hackney. Im ma maria medina. At the bottom of the rubble, a boy. Reporter contractors were fixing a water leak working on the foundation. Suddenly around 10 45 a. M. Some heavy concrete slabs broke loose and fell on top of one of the workers, a 17yearold boy. He was pinned to the ground. As you can see, theres about a 6foot ditch right in front of the home.
