This neighborhood, handing out this flyer which shows the photos and names of the three victims involved. It is eerily quiet in this Capitol Heights neighborhood on sunday morning. It has been less than 24 hours since neighbors in the apartment complex learn they are living steps from one of the worst crime scenes this county has seen in the last five years.
