And winds are beginning to build and probably get a little bit stronger after sunrise, even now weve got a wind chill making it feel like its 3 degrees below zero in philadelphia and trenton and allentown. Four below in reading. Seven below in lancaster. Zero in wilmington and negative two in millville, new jersey. Temperatures across the rest of the afternoon staying pretty chilly. Little better than yesterday when we stopped at a high of 20. Today model has us up to about 24. I actually think were going to get to about 26 by, say, 3 oclock or so. Even though the winds arent quite as strong were looking at severe wind chills. Feels like 1 degree below zero in philadelphia, three below zero in allentown, four ....

And then wind up in the low to mid20s later on. Im actually going for a high of 26 at about 3 oclock. At the same time the winds running about eight to 16 Miles Per Hour will make it feel more uncomfortable.
