Whitehill and matt stephenson. The state charged polson for attempted murder for those two shootings but the jury chose the lesser charge. Stephenson avoided injury but whitehill was shot in the back and neck and has permanent nerve damage a result of the shooting. Polson was also found guilty on two counts of willful injury as well as all the drug and weapons charges he faced. Polson showed little emotion as the verdict was read and was immediately taken into custody without bond.
