These accidents as the weather gets nicer. In this case a teenage boy sitting on this blue atv crashes and is rushed ott hospital. Witnesses say the two atvs where are racing down the street, two teenagers on each quad. One of them flipped crashing in this dense residential neighborhood. Racing.
