Cape Town City's 15-year-old sensation Kaka Sifumba tipped for Europe

Cape Town City Head of Development Grant Veitch believes that youngster Kaka Sifumba has all the attributes to reach the heights of some of South Africa’s biggest exports.
Sifumba made history on the weekend when he became the youngest player ever to feature in DStv Diski Challenge, coming off the bench against Golden Arrows in Mpumalanga on Saturday.
The 15-year-old Phillipi-born sensation came on in the last 10 minutes of the to create his own history in South African football, as the Citizens’ reserve side registered a 3-0 win.
"He is a special player who came here as a 9-year-old as part of our scouting system in townships around Cape Town. He is a box-to-box midfielder with a great mentality,” Veitch tells

A PSL club are set to pounce on a highly rated South African junior international player who has been plying his trade in Europe for the past few seasons.
Former SuperSport United and SA under-23 international Kabelo Seriba is back in the country after playing in Latvia with FS Metta since 2016.
After seeing his contract come to an end earlier this year, Seriba has resurfaced at Baroka and is currently training with the DStv Premiership club.
Bakgaga boss Khurishi Mphahlele has confirmed the presence of the 23-year-old at their training facilities, where he is undergoing an assessment with a view at signing a deal.

Josef Zinnbauer gives hope to Azola Tshobeni

Orlando Pirates coach Josef Zinnbauer is convinced youngster Azola Tshobeni will have a great future with the Soweto giants.
The 18-year-old was promoted to Buccaneers senior team this season after impressing in the MultiChoice Diski Challenge last campaign.
Having already made five DStv Premiership appearances this term, Zinnbauer has predicted a bright future for the midfielder, but says it is important that the Soweto giants protect him.
"We have to be careful with young players. You can make mistake if you put players in wrong time in the game. You know players are young and need time. So it's always likely (his performance) to go high and then drop, it go high and drop. It's normal in these football times, " Zinnbauer said before of the Nedbank Cup clash against Mamelodi Sundowns.

Nkosinathi Sibisi’s trip to the Netherlands changed his life. The Lamontville Golden Arrows defender, who is among this season’s best players, was part of the club’s MultiChoice Diski Challenge (MDC) side that won the 2015/16 campaign and earned themselves a trip to the home of Total Football.
Sibisi spent three seasons with the MDC side, coached by Vusi Vilakazi. In those three seasons they won the MDC twice, earning trips to Spain and the Netherlands where they played several friendlies and were trained by Barcelona and Dutch legend, Johan Neeskens. But it’s the 2016 trip to the Netherlands that left a huge mark on Sibisi.

Khuzwayo: Ex-Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates goalkeeper's agent comments on comeback reports

When speaking to
Daily Sun, his representatives from QT Sports indicated that they are in the dark regarding Khuzwayo's possible return.
“I’d rather not comment,” QT Sports executive manager Basia Michaels said.
“I know Brilliant is seeing a physician to reduce the scar tissue around his ankle just for the basic day-[to-day] living.
“It is just for his health sake, that is what it is.”
Khuzwayo sustained the injury during pre-season with Pirates as few weeks after joining the Buccaneers from their arch-rivals Kaizer Chiefs prior to the start of the 2018/19 season.
The former Pirates academy player rejoined Bucs from Chiefs, where he had played second fiddle to Itumeleng Khune.
