danville police department. tenabe, arrested friday, is accused of conspiring with a private investigator christopher butler, accused of selling drugs stolen from evidence lockers. in addition to the drug charges, in tenabe's case, prosecutors say butler paid him to arrest men for drunk driving. those men were involved in ugly divorce proceedings and the allegations are that the private investigator was trying to tarnish their reputations. we just spoke to a p.i. who knows butler and he told us he's surprised how the scandal is unfolding. >> chris is an ambitious, at least in my deal...
