Secondly, it will discourage erratic schedule changes and cancellations by providing employees to provide predictbility pay for last minute scheduling changes, specifically, one hour pay of changes are made in the last 7 days before a day that a worker is supposed to work or two to four hours of predictbility pay if the changes are made in the last 24 hours which is similar to the reporting pay time that is already required by the state of california...
