The Police ICT Company is making plans for a change of name and to step up its activities. Ian Bell, chief executive officer of PICTCO, and Wayne Parkes, chair of the Police Technology Programme and director of the National Enabling Programme, outlined the plans at the Police Digital Summit yesterday.
