Senate Rage: Walkout after Brown labels Johnson Smith hypocrite, liar

Loop News
Lambert Brown
Leader of Government Business in the Senate, Kamina Johnson Smith, walked out of Friday’s sitting of the Upper House followed by several of her Government colleagues after Opposition Senator Lambert Brown called her a liar and a hypocrite.
This was after Johnson Smith had earlier suggested that Brown was advocating for criminal dons after he referenced words that were recently uttered by former East Kingston don, Deon Clarke, otherwise called ‘Boobie Skeng’.
Clarke was one of seven Jamaicans who were part of a larger group of 16 Caribbean nationals who were held trying to enter the United States illegally in June. This was after their boat crashed into a sea wall at Pompano Beach in South Florida and they were quickly rounded up by Border Patrol agents.
