The exclusion of text would be triggered whenever there is a measure over 100 pages long and when that happens 20 pages would be printed in the voter information pamphlet. Let me have clarification then. What if its 50 pages long . Under supervisor chiu if a 50 page measure is submitted to the department of elections it will be printed in full in the voter information pamphlet.
