>> pam, ken, that is correct. our system is beginning to inch closer, therein lies the key word, it's not moving very fast. it's just now starting to punch into parts of the north bay, but some of the wind and rain out in advance of it is beginning to develop. very light. the line is up here by santa rosa and, really, the front is still way back here. so we have a ways to go. highs today will be in the 60s, but it may be a long time, say late this afternoon before that rain makes it to the south bay. here's sal. reporter: the wet weather obviously is not going to be good for driving....
