10 year Government Bond yields dropped like a stone. Yellen, the United States of america everybody is having this emotional breakdown over these equity moves. These are small in a relative sense. Equity markets in europe are rising today. Seven days in a row. The longest losing streak since november of 2011. Volatility is rising. As far as risk, that is the question.
