Prime minister cameron, your excellencys, parliamentary colleagues from both houses, ladies and gentlemen. It is for me an enormous pleasure and an undoubted privilege to be able today here in this room to introduce the Prime Minister of canada, Stephen Harper to you and to do so in a personal and official capacity.
