RUTHERFORD COUNTY, TN - A Soldier's Child Foundation has announced a new Tennessee license plate. The Smyrna based non-profit told WGNS these specialty plates are only available for registered Tennessee vehicles and A Soldier’s Child must pre-sell 1,000 plates before production can begin.
