We know now this federal judge has ruled a former White House Counsel Don Mcgahn will have to follow the subpoena from white House Democrats. We know it stems from the mueller investigation. Take us how this could potentially impact the impeachment investigation. Thats a political question. Im not sure the answer to that. Theres a couple of variables here. Number one, yes, the governor has filed a notice of appeal of the judges ruling. I assume at some point theyll ask for a stay to temporarily stop the effectiveness ruling while they pursue their appeal in the d. C. Court of appeals.
