Hes now accused of slamming into a pair of pedestrians around 2 00 this morning at broadway and montgomery. The two men in their forties were taken to the hospital with serious injuries, but are expected to survive. Witnesses say the driver took off on foot, but left his Dodge Charger behind at the scene.
