Who fatally shot a 22yearold gang member in august of 2015 will not face criminal charges. The Santa Clara County District Attorneys Office determined officers timothy fa and adam dorn were justified in using deadly force to shoot adrian rivera. The officers claim rivera charged at them with a clever roughly an hour after he stabbed another man. San franciscos 911 Emergency Call Center needs more dispatchers and this issue became alarmingly apparent. Two weeks ago during a massive power outage that knocked out power to almost 90,000 people in San Francisco, it just overwhelmed the 911 system. ...
