Investigation. As the search continues, the mayor announced a new agency has joined this investigation. Today, our district attorney, nancy pole malley omalley did activate a criminal investigation. That team is on the site and working in concert with the other Law Enforcement partners. Reporter since the recovery and Fire Investigation began, people on social media have raises questions about the man behind the artists collective, called the oakland ghost ship. At the derick eye bogey. Ing this version as far as who is involved, from victims to witnesses, we started them from the moment everyone got the call. Reporter the Sheriffs Department has confirmed teenagers are among the dead. We have now started to recover and identify victims who are minors. We have some children in the ages of 17 years old, possibly younger. This fire has even hit the sheriff department. This tragedy has hit very close to home. One of our deputies we work with lost this are his son in his son in this fire.
