Thus far 78 Palestinian prisoners have been released in exchange for the release of 41 hostages from Gaza, after the second phase of the deal between Israel and Hamas faced hours of delay.
On Saturday, the 13 captives released the previous day continued to be reunited with their families.
The youngster, who was initially feared to have been murdered by Hamas gunmen during their invasion of Israel, was filmed seeing her sister or the first time since she was snatched by terrorists.
The announcement from the Islamist militant group came after a third hostages-for-prisoners swap with Israel in which 17 captives and 39 Palestinian prisoners were released.
