The governor did not ease the restriction requiring eateries and bars to close by 10 p.m. each night. Now, about 90 restaurant owners have signed on to a lawsuit demanding the state end the curfew. Their attorney, Corey Hogan represented a group of owners who sued New York State to open their dining rooms despite Orange Zone restrictions.
