Charlotte, North Carolina, held the world's largest Pokémon Regional Championship at the Charlotte Convention Center in Uptown over the weekend. What happened: Over 3,000 players reportedly competed at the tournament across three different games, including the Trading Card Game (TCG), “Pokémon Go” and “Pokémon Scarlet and Violet” under the Video Game Championship (VGC) category. TCG and VGC both have Masters, Seniors and Juniors divisions, while “Pokémon Go” only has one division.
