It's been almost five years since David Carter was reported missing from Melvindale and his remains were later found scattered in garbage bags along I-75 in Ohio. Now, the woman accused of the heinous murder - his girlfriend - has been named to the U.S. Marshals most wanted list.
U.S. Marshals are seeking tips that will lead them to a man they say burned an Ypsilanti Township murder victim's body in Detroit.
"This little girl was hiding in a closet under a pile of clothes," said Owen Cypher, US Marshal, Eastern District of Michigan. "Chances are she couldn't have hidden herself, how she was found, and there was probably somebody directing her."
