The City of Pullman announced Friday that City Councilwoman Patricia Wright has been awarded the Advanced Certificate of Municipal Leadership from the Association of Washington Cities. Wright has been on council since Feb. of 2008. She’s involved in the community as well. Wright serves as President of the Pullman Regional Hospital Foundation and on the Chamber Board of Directors.
