after a huge explosion yesterday. a local fire chief says a ruptured gas line likely caused the blast that sent a giant fireball more than 1,000 feet into the air and sent residents fleeing for safety. now, a local disaster has been declared in the area. at least one person has been killed. dozens others taken to the hospital. more than 506 homes incinerated and at least 120 others damaged at this point. pacific gas and electric, the utility company that serves the bay area, has says it will take full responsibility if it's determined to be the cause of the fire. now, as of late last...
