Mitt Romney's proposal for a pro-family, pro-work and pro-birth America child allowance
The Family Security Act 2.0 helps defray the cost of raising children for low- and mid-income families, Sen. Mitt Romney, R-Utah, said during a meeting at American Enterprise Institute in Washington, D.C. The plan gives a child allowance, even mid-pregnancy, has work incentives, earned income requirement, and cap on earnings to qualify.
