Vermont governor continues to push vaccines to beat delta
MONTPELIER, Vt. (AP) — Vermont's high vaccination rate against COVID-19 gives the state great latitude in coping with the surge in cases caused by the delta variant, Gov. Phil Scott said Tuesday. Scott said he felt people should wear masks in crowded indoor settings among unfamiliar people, but he is not going to issue a formal recommendation or reimpose the state of emergency that would him authorize him to order mask usage.
