first it is tax day today. maybe you're holding your nose finishing up your taxes. some americans are getting ready to protest but get this, taxes are lower this year. taxes for middle class families anyway are basically as low as they've been in 50 years. still, in a new cnn poll, most of you say feel like your tax dollars are being wasted. here's where the money goes. mostly to defense, social security and health care, 14% is for safety net programs, that's unemployment and help for lower income families. there's money for vets and interest on the debt. that leaves 13% for everythi...
