From the beginning, he said tonight, former Public Relations executor on his book run mitch run, about his former his friend, former indiana governor Mitch Daniels and decision and his decision not to run for president in 2012. Okay. Can i move my votes until the end of the tranche . [inaudible conversations] the next one is to widen rural schools and there is a sidebyside which has been handed out already. [inaudible conversations] so on a sidebyside, two minutes of debate. Colleagues, my amendment creates a Deficit Neutral Reserve Fund to protect americas treasures and grow our rural economies in a balanced way. The sidebyside ties the wellbeing of rural economies and our spectacular treasures we all revere to unsustainable logging levels. So i hope we will look carefully at the numbers here because the programs involved already get a significant amount of their funding from logging. This amendment would jack up the logging level far beyond what ....

Are healthier. But the republican budget puts all of that at risk because it is a dark vision for the future that says to everyone across america that youre going to have to work harder for less. And here are a few examples because we, even though unemployment is lower, weve got to do better with paychecks, with takehome pay and higher wages. Here are a few examples. When you think about how do we boost wages across america. I had an amendment last night to make sure that america keeps its number one position globally in medical research. It was an amendment that said its time to answer the call of dr. Francis collins at nih. I am interested in protecting Vulnerable People, very much aware we are going to need some policy reforms to do that. There is something in between that and 400 billion which, in my view, is going to put at risk so many older people. I am sure all of you, i have seen a number of you talk about demographics in the days ahead. Not only are we going to see baby boomers turning 65, but a rapid increase in the number of people who live beyond 80 based on son of some of the studies i see. That is a prescription to meeting medicaid longterm. In a lot of instances, because they live so long, they will essentially exhaust private resources. Senator sessions talks about new policies. One of the things i have been interested in our fresh approaches to encourage private savings for longterm care. Again, that is going to take some time. We have some people who i believe are going to suffer under this approach. Thank you. Senator there is st ....
