Iowa Workforce Development said Thursday's job fair was another step, but not the last, in its efforts to try to find Tyson employees jobs before the plant officially closes on June 28.

Tyson is officially laying off 1,276 workers, and PSSI, the sanitation service that cleans the plant, is letting go of 76 workers. The state is sending resources to help those losing their jobs.
