Three leading telecoms bosses have written to the british prime minister, questioning his ability to deliver a promise to rollout full fibre broadband years ahead of schedule. In an open letter, the heads of three trade bodies say the pledge will require 100 commitment from the government, including further investment in skills, and a reduction in red tape and taxes.
