(The Center Square) - A Portland man who had previously had a prison sentence commuted by former president Barack Obama is going back to prison.

A loaded 9mm pistol found in a bedroom of Anthony Brant Jr.'s Happy Valley home had been reported stolen and ballistic analysis showed it was used in separate shootings in Portland, one in June 2020 and another in December 2020, prosecutors said. No one was injured in the shootings.
