This is abc7 news. A mad dash to get people out of the way. Strong winds picked up styrofoam construction blocks. And it tossed them to the ground. One person went to the hospital. Good evening. More of this, as you can see just how windy it has been tonight. This video was shot on third street in San Francisco. You can see papers and trash whip around. In vallejo the wind knocked down to a pib up truck and took power poles with it. 300 pg e customers lost power.
