Went to san jose and got a wage theft policy past. They hope the City Council Members pass a law that says any Business Owner who fails to pay a wage theft citation cant get a business license. The goal to get every city in the south bay on board. The reason we need the cities and counties to step up to the plate is that there is a culture of noncompliance. Reporter the city council will discuss the proposal tonight but they will vote on it later this month.
