Plainview, L.I.: Congestion pricing is just another money grab from many residents who will not benefit. The government has no idea of the repercussions from congestion pricing. Your neighboring residents will abandon the idea of coming into Manhattan and spending money. Your restaurants, shops and theaters will definitely suffer. Your local people pay a fortune to have a car in New York, pay a toll to cross the East River to enter Manhattan, pay for parking ($25-plus) and next April will need to pay an additional $9-$23.

Plattsburgh, N.Y.: Reading “N.Y. must keep Medicaid’s pharmacy benefit” (op-ed, March 9), I couldn’t help but shake my head. There is a great deal of misinformation regarding the NY Medicaid Pharmacy Program (NYRx) that took effect April 1.

Wilton, N.Y.: Not too many big-leaguers hail from Wyoming like the Mets’ Brandon Nimmo (photo), who the team recently re-signed to an eight-year, $162-million free-agent contract. Tom Browning, 62, pitched a perfect game while he was with the Cincinnati Reds. He’s from Caspar. Then there’s pitcher Dennis DeBarr, who, like Nimmo, is from Cheyenne.

Bronx: One thing that drives me nuts is when people refer to asylum seekers as illegal aliens. I read letters in the paper and posts on social media where people just don’t seem to get the distinction.

Fishkill, N.Y.: Hats off to the Justice Department for enforcing a search warrant at Donald Trump’s castle at Mar-a-Lago! It was obvious that he broke the Presidential Records Act, but wow!
