Joseph Kapp, who was 19 at the time of the Aug. 27, 2016, crash, pleaded guilty to three charges including motor vehicle homicide under the influence of alcohol, court records show. Kapp was sentenced to two years in the House of Correction on the motor vehicle homicide charge. He was also sentenced to five years of probation — during which time he cannot apply for a driver’s license — for a guilty plea to forging or misusing an RMV document.
