It's time for Macron to pull Total out of Russia – Breakingviews

Voting continues in the Netherlands in a general election that is largely seen as a referendum on the government’s handling of the coronavirus pandemic. Incumbent Prime Minister Mark Rutte and his centre-right People’s Party for Freedom and Democracy (VVD) are expected to win a fourth term in office – even if his party has been rocked with scandal and accusations that it has mismanaged the pandemic.
