Long been troubled by senator joyce s relationship with some of the people in his district, but late this afternoon, gov. Baker stopped short of saying joyce should resign. Field voters the voters get to make the call ultimately whether some gets to make it on election day. The issues were troubling to begin with. Obviously there is no ongoing investigation.
