Most americans think is fair. president obama has already said he will never sign another renewal of the bush tax cut for the top tax bracket, but the house republican budget bill ç written by budget chairman paul ryan doesn t just want to keep the bush tax rate for the top earners. it lowers the top bracket from 35% to 25%. the president also went after the reforms, the ryan republican bill would make to medicare. medicare is one of the most important pilars of our social safety net. the house republicans just passed a proposal, and their main plan to reduce our long-term deficits and debt is to turn medicare into a voucher program. ....
